Airport Transfers Airport Transfers Group transfers on arrival at St. Petersburg airport will operate at 11.30, 14.30 and 17.00. Return transfers from the last hotel will arrive at Copenhagen airport at 08.30 and 11.30. - London Gateways: Transfers can be expensive, particularly between the Airport and central London. When you book your tour with Trafalgar your transfers to and from the airport are included. It's that simple. Trafalgar has included a Free transfer to and from your airport and Central London.
- Important Please Note: Passengers will only be entitled to transfers to and from London Airports providing the following conditions are met:
- You are staying at a London hotel, booked by Trafalgar, on the night of your arrival and the night prior to the date of your departure.
- Flights are either booked by Trafalgar or detailed information on flights is provided by your Travel Agent not less than 21 days prior to departure.
- Only one included transfer both inbound and outbound per tour is included by Trafalgar. Transfers are by express train to a Central London Rail Station.
- Heathrow Airport: Inbound transfers operate between 06.00-21.30. Outbound transfers are timed to connect with scheduled flights departing between 08.00-23.00. Transfers will be by coach. Gatwick Airport: Inbound transfers operate between 06.00-12.30. Outbound transfers are timed to connect with scheduled flights departing between 08.00-23.00. Transfers will be by express train and coach. Transfers outside these times will be at the passengers own expense.
- In the event of unforeseen events (Road or rail works, demonstrations, strikes) Trafalgar will not be held responsible for delayed or cancelled transfers.
- No refund is available for passengers not utilising this service.
- Why not upgrade to a Hotelink transfer from the Airport to-the-door of your Trafalgar London hotel? (Please ask your travel agent of the additional upgrade price per person when booking)
- European Gateways: With Trafalgar all passengers will receive complimentary arrival and departure transfers on the scheduled arrival and departure day of their tour at the times specified below. Please ensure your Travel Agent reserves your flight to co-ordinate with the transfer times shown.
- Trafalgar Bonus Passengers who book Trafalgar's Land+Air package and who arrive or depart outside of these specified times on the scheduled arrival and departure day of the tour will also be provided with a transfer.
- Passengers arriving before or leaving after the scheduled tour days are not entitled to a transfer but may book and purchase one through Trafalgar providing that they also purchase the additional pre and/or post tour hotel night(S) from Trafalgar. Please ask for prices of transfers at the time of booking your extra night accommodation.
- Land only passengers arriving or departing on the scheduled tour arrival or departure days but whose flights don't coincide with the listed transfer times below may also book and purchase these transfers. Flight details must be provided to Trafalgar not less than 21 days before the flight departure.

(Welcome Dinner)Hotel: The Westin Grand (2 nights) | | Day 3-4 | St. Petersburg | Featured on our sightseeing tour this morning are the Tsar's Winter Palace, Nevsky Prospekt, St. Isaac's Cathedral, the statue of Peter the Great and a visit of the Peter and Paul fortress. During our time in St. Petersburg we will also enjoy an included visit to the Hermitage Museum to visit one of the world's largest and most valuable art collections. On one of our free evenings maybe visit a theatre for a Russian folklore show? On our last evening we'll enjoy an included dinner with complimentary champagne. (Buffet Breakfast)(Buffet Breakfast/ Highlight Dinner) | | Day 5 | St. Petersburg | This morning we take an early train for our journey out of Russia, through the forests of Karelia to the Finnish border and on to the capital, Helsinki. Our sightseeing on arrival shows us Finlandia Hall, the Senate and Market squares, broad boulevards and the domed Russian church. This evening maybe try some of the local cuisine?(Buffet Breakfast )Hotel: Radisson SAS Seaside | | Day 6 | At Sea | A day at leisure to relax , shop or explore the city further. Later we will board our Silja Line ship for an overnight mini-cruise from Finland to Sweden. (Scandinavian Breakfast/ Dinner) | | Day 7 | Stockholm | An early morning arrival in Stockholm, Sweden's capital. Here a guided sightseeing tour features the Royal Palace and a visit to the City Hall, where the Nobel Prize is awarded. Then there's time on your own to wander through the old town or do some window-shopping. Tonight, perhaps enjoy a candlelit dinner on the island of Djurgården.(Scandinavian Breakfast)Hotel: Birger Jarl (2 nights) | | Day 8 | Stockholm | Today we will enjoy an exciting walk through the narrow streets of the Old Town. Our local guide will take you through Stortorget (Main Square), and will tell you about the Stockholm blood bath of 1520, as well as the legend of St. George and the Dragon. Afterwards we'll stroll through the city's oldest quarter,where our Tour Director will show us one of the city's Hidden Treasures and there is still time to visit the Wasa ship (Scandinavian Breakfast) | | Day 9 | Oslo | Today we leave the 14 islands of Sweden's capital and travel past the city of Orebro to continue via Karlstad on Lake Vänern, and across the border and on to the capital, Oslo, maybe sample the traditional cuisine at a restaurant tonight?(Scandinavian Breakfast)Hotel: Scandic Kna (2 nights) | | Day 10 | Oslo | An in-depth sightseeing tour with a local guide today, includes the spacious main square containing the Old Cathedral and the Royal Palace as well as a visit to the Frogner Park with its Vigeland sculptures. Later you will have the opportunity to perhaps visit the Holmenkollen ski jump, the Viking ships and the Kon-Tiki raft. You will also have time to shop for wonderful items in silverware and chunky Norwegian sweaters. (Scandinavian Breakfast) | | Day 11 | Copenhagen | Today a pleasant drive along the Skagerrak coastline takes us away from Oslo and into Sweden where we stop to visit Sweden's second-largest city, Gothenburg. Enjoy an orientation tour with our Tour Director showing us the botanical gardens, beautiful parks and pristine canals. Then on to Helsingborg to board our ferry across to Denmark and to 'wonderful Copenhagen' for our two night stay. (Scandinavian Breakfast)Hotel: Copenhagen Island (2 nights) | | Day 12 | Copenhagen | Our morning sightseeing tour includes such impressive highlights as the Little Mermaid guarding the harbour the statue inspired by Hans Christian Anderson's fairy tale. We will also enjoy a walking tour taking in the area around the Amalienborg Palace an elegant quarter of 18th century buildings. Then we will walk through the historic centre seeing the 17th century Stock Exchange, the Christiansborg Palace, the Neo-Classical Cathedral and the 19th century Theatre Royal former home of the Opera. Afterwards there's time at leisure to do as you please, perhaps visit the famous Tivoli Gardens amusement park. Tonight we will get together with our travelling companions to celebrate the end of a great tour of Scandinavia at a Farewell Dinner in our hotel.
