    Day 1AnchorageAnchorage : After we transport you from the airport to your hotel, the rest of the day is yours to enjoy. Explore Alaska's largest city, choose from our optional Anchorage activities, or just relax.
    Day 2SewardAnchorage-Seward : Early this morning you'll travel aboard the Alaska Railroad for your journey to Seward. Upon arrival, board your dayboat for a memorable cruise of Kenai Fjords National Park. Be on the lookout for whales, sea otters and a variety of sea birds. Your hotel will come to pick you up.

    This evening, enjoy an optional tour of the Alaska SeaLife Center or wander the scenic city of Seward.

    Day 3DenaliSeward - Denali : This morning embark on a scenic journey via motor coach along the Seward Highway, a National Forest Scenic Byway that has been voted one of the Top Ten Most Scenic Drives in America by Conde Nast Traveler magazine. Continuing on to Denali on the Parks Highway, you'll need to keep an eye out for wildlife and majestic Mt. McKinley. Overnight Denali.
    Day 4DenaliDenali : Today you will get a deeper understanding of one of North America's most remarkable national parks on the Natural History Tour! Explore the vastness of the taiga forest and expansive rolling tundra. You'll marvel at Denali's awesome beauty, and hear colorful stories about the area's cultural and geological history.

    The afternoon is yours to spend as you choose. With park-sponsored activities including Ranger-led hikes or thrilling optional Denali tours such as a helicopter or jet boat ride, you'll gather the memories of a lifetime.

    Day 5AnchorageDenali- Anchorage : Journey between the mountains of the spectacular Alaska and Talkeetna ranges on an incomparable sightseeing experience aboard the railcars. Luxurious glass-domed observation cars carry you along the rails of the historic Alaska Railroad.

    Take in the wide-open scenery as you travel through the Matanuska Valley, a farming region known for mammoth vegetables; past colorful towns like Wasilla, billed as the "Home of the Iditarod;" along scenic rivers like the Susitna, which means "Mother River;" and across Hurricane Gulch, where the train slows to 5 miles per hour to cross over the trestle built over the creek 296 feet below! Overnight Anchorage.

    Day 6AnchorageAnchorage with Portage Glacier : Tour Anchorage, then travel to Portage Lake along the scenic Seward Highway. You can browse the glaciology exhibits at the informative Begich-Boggs Visitor Center before you board the exclusive day boat. Built to navigate the iceberg-dotted waters of Portage Lake and to safely cruise within 300 yards of Portage Glacier, you'll enjoy the informative onboard narration that describes the forces of nature that are at work all around you. Return to Anchorage for another night's stay.
