Soak up the colonial charm of Puebla, visit the market for handicrafts, try some mouth-watering mole poblano or head out for a hike to a nearby volcano. | | Days 5-6 | Oaxaca | See the grand colonial cathedral and Santa Domingo church in this lovely city. Just outside of town are the impressive Zapotec ruins of Monte Alban. | | Days 7-8 | San Cristobal de las Casas | Up in the mountains, the air is cooler, the terrain wilder and the jungle is scattered with ancient ruins.
