Description: The "Lake Side Villa" is newly built large 6 Bedroom, 5.5 Bath Vacation Home, 4 Master Suites and South West facing Private Pool and Spa, extended deck, covered lanai, comfortable pool furniture to enjoy the relaxing sunny days lounging around the pool and beautiful view over lake with wonderful sunsets! The pool area is equipped with "children safety net" for the safety of the little ones. This vacation rental is comfortable and luxurious contemporary furnishing. 7 televisions including 50" plasma in the family room, DVD players, small film library and stereo system. Fully equipped kitchen with basic cleaning and cooking supplies included. Games Room with Pool, Foosball, Air Hockey tables, Darts, TV, DVD and more…Sony Playstation area with games!. Emerald Island Resort is gated community just far enough to feel like your own tropical hideaway. Great location for all Orlando main attractions, Florida beaches and plenty of beautiful Golf Courses nearby including the new Champions Gate, designed by Greg Norman. Lots of shops including a new 24 Hours Wal Mart Super Center and Publix Supermarket and excellent restaurants just a short drive away. The perfect "Holiday Home Away From Home" for your family vacation including a playground just walking distance from the property… Everything you want to do on your Florida vacation is easily accessible. A portable crib and high chair are available at no extra cost. Security Deposit:$ 500.00 - Refundable within 30 days from departure date
Prices: Nightly Rates + 13% Tax
Other Fees : Any stay 7 nights or less subject one time departure cleaning fee
Minimum Nights : It is required 5 nights minimum stay
Check-In : Not before 04:00 pm
Check-Out : Not after 10:00 am
Pool Heat : $ 45.00 per night - from October to May always requested and paid upon reservation.
